Returning calls, texts several days after I reached out to them.

Brian from AHP Serving reached out to me today, and showed me where I was in fact receiving my distributions.

Then I would reach out to a couple PM’s and ask them how much rent they would charge, their fees, and what you would net.

@Drew Sygit you don’t know my approach- just because someone makes a comment or ask a question doesn’t mean they haven’t reached, read or watched videos.

I've never done one of these, but I would reach out to someone like Jeff Watson for assistance getting solid paperwork in place.
