Wondering what others have experienced once the amended return is filed with IRS as far as a timeline on when I will receive my return?

Your Natural Hazards Disclosure should have some of this but it is tricky.I think if the equity is there and you can move the money to a better producing asset, I think I would sell.

I would go to your states and the state where the company is located, website and file a complaint.
