(1) Except as provided in subsections (2),Subsection (2)  "...this section does not prevent an individual from compiling a mailing list or a telephone number list by examination or copying of public records, original documents or applications which are otherwise open to public inspection."

Every state has different laws on auctioned hoes, those homes tend to be in bad shape and have a redemption period for the previous homeowner to pay delinquent property taxes which prevents any work on those homes until that period is over.

TRUST ME, the girlfriend will admit that he was living there and will likely even allow him back into the property against orders.But even if not, if he was residing there, with landlord permission or not, lease or not, he is a TENANT, or at the very least an authorized occupant, and as such cannot be prevented from entering his primary dwelling...not by the landlord.

I have since found out that other tenants on the park pay for their own monthly maintenance sprayings and have been doing this as a matter of choice since they moved in to make sure they don't get any issues in the first place.I also have 3 SFH and 2 of those tenants (also inherited) have their properties sprayed on a monthly preventative basis.I would be interested to hear how other landlords treat this issue and who's responsibility do you believe it falls upon.
