Overall, my choices have been sound, but I appreciate the kind of prudence you suggest, as getting side-swiped is the worst thing, particularly when leveraging and taking into account lifestyle inflation which is what we see happening all over the bay area, that I believe I am guilty :), and yet have benefitted from as well.
