It looks like the cabinets needed at least one more coat of the red or orange paint or stain.

I've been thinking about purchasing probate properties in the San Diego, South Riverside (Temecula, Murietta, Hemet, Palm Desert/Springs desert area and South Orange County.

Located in Port Orange FL just south of Daytona close to many attractions.

In regard to wholesaling, Orange County isn't the easiest to work that niche, as property values are very solid, so there's no smoking hot deals to speak of. 

Make sure that you check Orange County and Inland Empire Craigslist, as well as LA Craigslist.

It's apples and oranges to compare the two.

I guess what I was trying to say and what has been said before is that this is an apples to oranges comparison...

Love paneling , add some lime green and orange shag carpeting  ( the real long stuff) , throw up a couple velvet Elvis paintings , lava lamps , and a black light and that place will sell quick.
