It has helped immensely.I am going to be making lots of assumptions here...Assuming the turnkey company is top notch, has boots on the ground, knowledgeable with that respective area, has integrity, good tenants, and the area chosen has a healthy or growing market...is the only downside lower ROI and Monthly income than if I did most of the tasks myself or parts of it myself?

It may have marks on it where the two halves of the hinge swing, but it shouldn't have notches or grooves.If the pin does have notches or grooves, you can try replacing the pin, if you can find a modern one of the same diameter.

Between the over grown bushes and trees the house can be completely hidden from the street.I've seen trees literally growing along the garage wall so tight that a notch in the roof was put in for space.
