Must own income producing assets.I would never go back to doing startups in the tech field again either but that whole scene is a young person's game and always has been.

Hi all,I'm new to the REI scene and am looking to make some connections in the local area.  

A tiny little pizza joint in my bedroom community got a full liquor license and the place is a mob scene so the liquor license definitely helped.Liquor licenses to take time to get there is a process you have to go through so not sure what that timeline would look like.  

There was a lot of behind the scenes workings but in the end it took a signature from Obama on a bill in which the sale of the disputed land was earmarked.  

If you recall the scene from Tommy Boy, don't take Tom Callahan's word, you want to stick your head up the bulls......That being said, I like Curt's inspector a lot.
