If you are doing a bunk, is there enough ceiling height to not hit your head (or obstruction like a fan), Twin or Twin XL, ...etc-------We ended up deciding that in order for our guests to have the best experience (After using the place) it should be listed for 6x individuals (pullout in LR messed with the layout too much) even though our property manager recommended 8 or 10.

Casting a large net by utilizing wholesalers, MLS, direct relationships with agents to get deals BEFORE they hit the MLS, driving for dollars/door knocking, direct mail, etc. are all great avenues if done correctly.Knowing how to calculate the ARV and rehab costs is also essential to identifying a good deal and that goes with any area.

The problem is it sucks, it barely works, it's surprisingly unintuitive for something so simple, and barely any guests actually use it.Which is kind of the same reason we're not discussing this on Google+ while wearing our Google glasses and talking about which version of Google Stadia is best to put into our homes as we communicate with our cleaners through Google Hangouts.While google obviously has a few big hits like Maps/Flights/Gmail, the majority of google releases follow the same pattern of great technology, horrible interface, no marketing, and eventual abandonment by Google.

Some investors think I am crazy doing that and perhaps so, but I take other people's money seriously and even when the crap hits the fan (and it will if you do enough deals for a long enough period of time), paying back your lender is priority one in my book.Most of my deals for private money also include a balloon payment rather than monthly payments.
