I always looked for properties that were in areas about to 'gentrify'......that combined with a little renovating is an awesome way to get a multiple equity boost....This is a literal no-brainer to me......as long as the area is not going to go downhill....

Replacing multiple furnaces, water pipes breaking, noisy tenant I had to evict, etc etc.

I own one apartment (vs some "investors" who own multiple units in the bldg ) and have the same (great) tenant since before this resolution.

So far, I've checked SunDestin, Destin Seafarer and Pelican Beach Resorts, along with a few others. 

Who am I to block what someone else is destined to do?

@Rebecca Morris The Bigger Pockets bookstore has a great collection of books on multiple topics that are beneficial to beginners.

I'm more experienced as have been in multiple RE sales (with agents and directly with owners too) over my life and been an LTR owner for 15 years and just want to do STR at this point, but if this program is legit then I would be the one searching for houses while he did the calls.

Definitely get multiple quotes to compare, but also check out their previous work, especially for the type of renovations you're doing.For managing renovations, having a detailed plan before you start is a lifesaver—schedule, materials, and budget.

For that price point, I would want to hear from multiple (5-6) real students who took the program (with your same/current level of knowledge), executed well, and got your expected result. 

It’s weird though because I received multiple similar messages from other foreign users.
