There are many duplexes and multi-family existing housing available to choose from. 

It is less than an acre, but zoned for multi-family residential development (town-homes, condos, apartments, etc) Having never been, I know nothing of the potential in Delta Utah.

My point is I want to avoid paying for the repairs, am I on the right track and is there any advice I should know before my first auction ?

It would be a shame if the offending neighbors got woken up at night by loud music coming from speakers held under their floor.

As mentioned earlier, I’d never expect appreciation and only go for cash flow on the multi family.

What I saw was the gambit of dreamers who probably should not have spent the money to go to this event.. and then folks that were very well off and just wanted a fast track and were willing to pay for it..

She is absolutely crushing multi and ADU multi in all parts of LA and knows the regulations for all of these options

One other thing to look for in a future architect, is one that has a track record of working with developers AND knows the entitlement processes for the very specific type of development you are doing.
