We’re looking to do a 203k rehab on a multi family in Brooklyn or queens - do you have recommendations for well versed 203k lenders in NY that understand the nuances? 

First, short term, I'd like to expand my portfolio of just one property into 2 by househacking by owner occupying a multi property.

There are multiple billion dollar companies dumping money into the city, such as Intel, Google, Honda, and Amazon.

Looking at other properties in the area, many are multi-family. 

Parma, Fairview Park and Camms Corners often have multi-family rentals that pop up that are in B neighborhoods.  

I prefer Stanley Nickels and Schrute Bucks
