Of course, this would be while working with a knowledgeable investor agent.I'm just concerned that possibly due to Columbus' popularity on BiggerPockets and elsewhere, the market may have been saturated with investors, turn key providers. 

Which is not necessary and a little tricky legally, but she certainly has enough money to pay their rent so that is not my concern. 

It always gives me cause for concern because there is not a lot of recourse if they damage the property after closing.

Your content and marketing should meet their concerns and goals.

To be honest, I really don't need much "managing", I'm busy rebuilding the house I'm in and I've bought 3 properties since I joined Renatus a year ago, but my leader was concerned that my 5-star wasn't giving me enough attention. 

My real estate agent there says he isn’t concerned with the permit situation in Rome and he invests there himself and manages quite a few of them for other clients as well but I’m not as confident in the government there as he is.

I wouldn't be overly concerned that it's surplus lines carrier but I'd be VERY concerned that the agent didn't mention it.
