Some buildings may require you to join the in house rental program, I generally wouldn't want one of those.

Turnkey is generally a passive investment strategy, where you just buy from an operator and turn it over to them to manage.

If its the trendy hot areas, or general "path of progress" and your able to make a trip and go drive around to find that "path" its really the best way.
