Regarding the questions in order1) A blog from a woman in rural Maine made me consider migrating to the state years before I even started actively looking in to REI, though I never learnt her county; A moment during a walk outside of Augusta in 2018 confirmed the desire to move; surrogacy laws are more liberal compared to Australia; I think it's beautiful; the people are the most lovely I've yet met (but they can't understand my accent!)

By making the public hire specific people that can set there rates where ever they want, there is no choice or regulation on prices.After you get them to pass the Shawn Pehrson Fair Prices act on plumbers and electricians which sets their prices at the level you see fit, I hope you'll be as liberal in your beliefs and acceptance when the next regulation that passes is the Rehabber Regulation act of 2015 that sets the max level of profit you can make flipping a house at $5000 and the most profit you can make in a rental as $225.00 per month.
