I am really wanting to up the flow of leads for myself but I just don't know quite how to because it seems impossible to at least direct mail market like in the US.Any info, tips and tricks, and guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Blogs and forums make it sound like every top producing loan officer was getting a little something something, but when it comes to investigations, there has not been a whole lot of evidence that this is happening.I find it pretty much impossible to point to evidence of kick-backs unless somebody is whistle blowing, because where would these payments be reflected in any of the loan docs at closing?

In many of the more open areas of the burbs, this is impossible, as many comps do not exist in such a limited time period and such a down market, yet the lenders do not want to hear it.

Not saying appraisers are intentionally inaccurate (though there have been incidents of that), but that its impossible to know which of multiple available comps truly represent the market.I'd be extremely leery if a seller says "here's an appraisal that justifies my price".

Nearly everything is new construction, or priced so high that it would be impossible to cash flow, or do anything without some serious cash reserves to support you for a while.Then you have the next step back which is the van vorst park, and hamilton park area.
