My rental acquisitions are genuine buy and holds until the day I decide to sell them when I’m very old and gray, so again just another reason manu homes don’t bode well for me. 

I only use LED motion & dusk-to-dawn but I hardwire them.In stairwells etc I also use the motion LED's as the EXIT lighting has peripheral LED's that also light the hallways up.Honeywell 5000 Lumen LED Utility Light - Gray $39 is one I like.

I have no hate for realitors but I feel that new investors should be aware of the gray area tricks.

The thing is they aren't arguing too hard about what I with held for, although they dispute it, but they are arguing lack of timely return and that it was willful, which is a bit of a gray area.
