Hey,So I'm 19 y/o and looking into investing in real estate and I love the aspect of flipping and renting.

However, it still doesn't solve the aspect of how to tie into it, and what the final design may look like. 

Insurance will depend on the type of property, value/price, and certain aspects of it (fireplace, brick vs siding, etc.). 

What about the financing aspect?

These harder areas are better for locals who self manage and stay on top of their investments.Management of your property is the most aspect of owning investment property.

This would be my first time dealing with this aspect of real estate.
