@Jason Nguyen I had my MA and ME real estate licenses with EXP Realty until I got out of real estate for the much greener pastures of business brokering about 1.5 years ago.Things might have changed since then, but my memory is that EXP does not allow property management to be carried out by agents licensed with them.If you were interested in working as a Realtor, I recommend them highly.

With STR, you don’t need your PMs to do anything local (cleaners & handyman do that) so you can leverage this to have PMs anywhere on the planet especially very low cost locales.Considering PM can be a very large cost (if you let it be), I refuse to have a local PM & by local, I mean within 10,000 miles

But often people (the lesser educated ones) think SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization.If I do a Google search for,"Who is the most handsome man on this planet..."

But I guess it's a likely scenario if the grass is greener there. 

The best zip code money wise may not be the best zip code to own property from 2 planets away. 

That being said there isn't a municipality on the planet that has enough time or resources to file and track every minor repair made to homes in their city.

I opted a long time ago to invest where the grass is greener.
