I’m very new to the real estate investment world and want to form genuine connections and friendships along with a bit of guidance so I think I could really benefit from some of the smaller groups that meet up in my area (once I find them!)

When I was a real estate agent I genuinely tried my best every single time with every client no matter what.

The possibility of added value transforming one single property in 3 different and independent units How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I took one of the units and transformed the interior from a 1960's apartment to a nice unit with outdoor space.

What I mean by this is listening to podcasts, reading books, making friends & genuine meaningful relationships with other people in the real estate space and hearing their story, seeing how you can help them, and just constantly absorbing information and being in the sphere, taking hands on action and learning “trial by fire” etc.

Robinson which has then led me to BiggerPockets but, I believe the key difference is the individual deciding whether or not the want to make this a genuine lifestyle shift and run it like a true business or if they are, like you stated, only wanting and hoping for some fast cash.

All of these steps have been transformational on my journey to be a better Dad, Husband, and Investor.

I have certainly heard of disappointed owners but all of my personal clients genuinely seem satisfied.
