I know this real estate investing lifestyle will not be easy but "easy is lazy,"  (Rich Dad) and we’ve all heard, what’s said to be challenging builds growth and is well worth the fight.

No matter what the lease says, is it worth the time and lawyers fees trying to fight to get an month or so of money out of him? 

If they an agent fights it too much, might be best to get a more “investor” friendly agent. my first property I offered over 15% less than offering and got the deal.

I found that when the appliance hits it's natural expiration date, it made more sense to just replace the appliance instead of repeatedly calling the warranty, who will fight you tooth and nail to NOT replace the appliance.

Fighting with the PM and a tenant who has already moved out is just going to cause lost time and headache.

Many of the German landlords around military bases are used to working with Americans and therefore capable at communicating in English.

He is very capable and priced competitively.

If I were a tenant and my landlord raised the rent after my notice date, I would fight it.  

My question: how do you stay motivated to continue fighting the fight to keep investing, flippling, selling, etc.
