I get deals sent to me daily by wholesalers that have fictitious inflated numbers. 

She said if I advertise a property I have under contract, I am acting as a broker, and Associate of Brokers might come after me, that you have to be licenced in order to do so, so she said there might be risk involved in advertising?

Call your local fictitious business office.

I didn't see anything mentioned about paying for a business licence.

I just got my RE licence and was wondering if I could do that.

Also, they have been vetted by Wyndham (Ramada is the brand) for 9 months and granted their licence to all 6 hotels.

Ryan E. if your goal is to simply add a layer of privacy and truly keep it simple, then just file a fictitious business name with your county clerk.

I have a Ledger of every penny going out.Regarding the 199A, I have an Inactive real estate licence and have purchased a few vacant lots and warehouse buildings in the past 2 years, I am going to research the deduction to see if I qualify.
