G'Day everyone,It's your favorite Aussie here.So I bought a fancy condo in Chicago last year for personal purposes and now I'm looking to rent it out.Believe it or not, I have no clue how this fancy schmancy stuff works.I'm a blue collar guy that flips hundreds of homes in blue collar working class neighborhoods (No staging is required lol)Sure, I can figure it out but I'd rather get an experts help who lives and breathes this type of higher end rental market.I'd need help with the leasing and not the managing.Any DIY tech apps that anyone can recommend also?

I understand I can't afford anything fancy though I want to avoid sketchy. - Work full-time in Waltham and would like < 1h commute.- Mid 20's professional. - Move-in ready, allowing repairs over next 5+ years.- Positive cashflow property located in area on the rise. - House-hack a new property after a year or so and rent previous house-hack property fully.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Checking vaccine status prior to accepting a pet in a rental is window dressing...... its basically a small gauge to tell if they are responsible pet owners.

Yes some of the bigger brokerages do have fancy training programs to plug into, but for me it’s about finding a brokerage as a new agent where you can get the direct support your looking for to be successful.

I am shooting for somewhere in between the new fancy expensive A class apartments being built all around me, and the typical rental in my neighborhood. 

We did not end up doing anything fancy.
