This is a very rare offering from what I can tell (based on my research), and these features in conjunction with the amenities my building offers (you name it we have it) and secured garage parking available (extra $), I am allowed to charge a premium for my rental.

As someone who's never invested in real estate before Puerto Rico is a very difficult place to start, since of how minimal public data is. 

Do you really understand the underlying logic of all the market data you are looking at or are you just blindly following it?

This is probably just their way of creating extra justification for de-platforming.
