It's all the fools out there who can't do that because they don't have 2 nickles to rub together who are out there trying to broker real estate and calling it assigning contracts who embarrass themselves.

I thought about it but nah..he is a liar and he won't moved out, all he does will make me more embarrass that he win. 

In my opinion, any program that believes it provides real value for the cost doesn't feel embarrassed or squeamish about providing the total investment required for the information - time, money, and effort/energy.

My colleagues/managers (who all worked til 65 then took menial part-time JOBS) laughed at my insanity, but they all had a new home & a new vehicle every 2-3 years while those I drove were an embarrassing standing joke that limped into the realm of 200k miles. 

Another favorite piece of advice I live by….if you’re not embarrassed by you offer, it’s too high!

It was kind of embarrassing to tell my tenants that I didn't have a system for them yet. 

Even that is bad, saw new luxury condo builds in Silver Spring which are embarrassingly small - we’re talking NYC sizes (400-600sqft).

@Lisa Hoyt - You should not be embarrassed to make any offer that you feel is reasonable.

I made almost every mistake in the book buying this place and I am embarrassed to being purchasing the place.
