I pay quickly, call him first, refer him out, give him tools and such I don't need or use anymore, and let him keep anything that is salvageable from a project that I no longer need.

The purpose of a landing page is to quickly and effectively convince a person who is genuinely considering selling their house at a discount to leave their contact details so your acquisition agent can reach out to them.Anything that hinders this process will ultimately LOSE you money.

So, if the business shows more or less break even then that will flow through and that business would not effect you either way.

This in turned caused a dominion effect of other tenants wanting to leave.
