I'm looking for solid players in my favorite markets.

I know there was a group before Covid that was meeting up, I would love to get to know all the players in the Erie market and grow my network. 

Although not a problem, we have found that many are male dominated so we've decided to start our own WOMANS real estate group :)We want to create a community where women in real estate will shine and empower eachother.

Many who bought Harbour loans were contacted by the Attorney General (and ones I know were required to modify the loans with lower interest rates and transfer them to traditional mortgage and note).For those that have been following, there is another suit pending against many of the bigger players like Vision, One Pine (part of home opportunities).

Basically any other areas that fit in similar profiles to these players will be great suggestions for me to dig into.

@Kyle Nield if you are in the 1-4 unit space then you can just use a mortgage broker from one of the larger national players for the cash out.

Playing poker there are signals sent to other players called "TELLS".Until you have control of a deal, don't talk, keep your cards close to yourself  and mute your comments.It's nice to be friendly, but this doesn't help when you are trying to control a deal.You need to find the owner of this estate, who is it assessed to, where are they, has it been listed in the past, is it in tax sale.

Institutional players can wait years for the market to improve.

Are there any players out there originating these still though?

She knew the area, was a fellow investor, knew all the key players; contractors, lawyers, title companies etc.
