As of now I do all my Owner  finance closing through an attorney even though I could do the docs myself, it adds credibility to the closing and it makes the buyer feel as warm and fuzzy as could be expected.As for as leases not to many landlords or tenants would expect to go through an attorney.

I've been tasked, sort of, to help build out marketing to off-market sellers, but I haven't been given the resources or the attention from the senior team members on slightly warm opportunities.So over the course of the last year I now have passed my Broker Exam.

This decreased their liability significantly because they weren't worried about people detoxing at the facility.

@Nathan GrubbTotal guess: Sometimes when the house/bathroom is warm, the cold water will cause condensation on the toilet tank.
