Contact the company that has your rental property coverage.

Get the info to them quick.

They normally get taken down pretty quickly but if you find someone who is persistent enough, you should be able to take their info and get them to add you to their buyer list.

As far as financing, I have considered  1) an FHA loan with a cosigner, and 2) going off market and approaching many owners about potentially seller financing.Any and all feedback, advice, and info on potential pitfalls would be appreciated!

Without someone knowing the ins and outs of this, the information you receive will be just someones opinion but probably provides no strategy or path on how you should invest the $  I agree with Chris, need more info and beware of the people messaging you on the side. 

They are all in decent areas.I like the program.They pay all or a large portion of the rent.The tenants take care of my houses and stay a long time. can i contact you John to get some advice on investing in MD for sec 8? 

A family member contacted me directly, so my agent hasn't been involved at all with this deal so far.In that case, the only reason that you would pay him the 3 percent is you wanted the assistance with the whole process from negotiation, home inspection, negotiating any repairs, mortgage and closing and title referrals.
