Home warranties are a scam....Nathan spelled it out perfectly.... they tack on fees for every claim, hire crap companies to bandaid the issue, take forever, crappy customer service and communication.

I just see it as having two chances of having a successful avenue of communication :)If buyers will have to price match/comparison shop between the different fees, it just becomes a small nightmare for them.

I wouldn't trust their ROI figures with a 10-foot pole, unless the price is very low, which I doubt.Finally, the website has alarm bells all over:- no about us section so we know nothing about the developer;- no contact details;- no English version for the website but titles in English while everything is in Spanish; generally speaking, it looks like a bad job done by an inexperienced VA and not vetted by the owner;- how are you gonna communicate with the developer in case of problems if you don't have a phone number and they don't even speak English?

Although we didn’t have a move in move out list at the start of the lease, we have all the communication from the beginning to prove that they reported every issue and we took care of it.

Let me send you over the lease and call it a day if they ask how much would the renewal be or if they specifically ask will the rate be going down because I see the market is going down then I would open that door for the communication and negotiation.
