wondering if there's something cheaper but good!

We were the only state in the country that allowed people not to pay with no proof they lost their job during COVID, etc.I noticed the other day that houses of similar size and quality in Fresno, CA sell for 250-300K and property taxes are MUUUCH cheaper.

In particular, I'd suggest asking those folks about what types of challenges they encountered, lessons they learned, and mistakes they made with OOS REI ...It's a lot easier, safer, quicker, and cheaper to learn from other peoples' mistakes than to make your own...Good luck out there!

Conventional is going to be cheaper and a better way to go if they can and we refer them to lenders that we know can get them closed.  

1) Perhaps finding a cheaper property to buy, and becoming a negotiator in the offer.2) We still need a list of trade contractors with whom an ongoing relationship can be maintained.

It's cheaper to put up a square box and at the end of the day it rents for the same amount.

Property B- I can get a cheaper parcel right at 2800 an acre that's also essentially a rectangle BUT would require us to put in at least a dirt road as the road frontage  is on the narrowest property line.

Also, people become spiteful about paying taxes when its sometimes cheaper to pay the tax -- already had a real life example with another person's post. 

I had thought that fab/modular was 10-20% cheaper.
