Usually park managers are hired either from within the park (an existing resident) or they've worked in the residential industry in a different capacity (i.e. single-family homes, apartments, etc).

Fortunately, I have equity in other buy and hold properties which I can use to pay them back when they eventually get sold, I still have good earning capacity from my "day" job, and my friend/investors are understanding and willing to work with me since they know I'll make things right.It was a high end fix and flip and I was focused on doing the deal myself and maximizing the profit.

Demand has two components: 1)desire to live there, and 2)financial capacity to fullfill this desire.

Before spending 30 minutes to 1 hour on the phone I need to know they have the capacity to buy.I have seen buyers before with 100k think they can buy large commercial.

I look online and find deals in my area every day, but I lack the financial capacity to execute as well as practical knowledge.
