I recall an article in Gentlemens Quarterly where they took bums off Skid Row, cleaned them up, dressed them in cool expensive clothes and took professional photos.

Usually, they are a person somebody would recognize, and that they merely probing for ways in which to induce the next come back on their investment.

Going back to the comment about distressed property owners don’t have the utilities to follow a FB ad; I have seen bums with iPhones.

If you go to a car lot and buy a used car, the owner does not have to make the false statement to you to induce you to buy a car, an agent of his can do that and it can be used against the owner. 

The people who dress super flashy are often crumb bums. 

Don't be misled about markets like OKC, Tulsa, and Wichita . . . they putter along predictably at 2.5%-3% rates of appreciation (throwing out the Gov Induced Insanity of the past 3 years) but the ticket with this is that the appreciation is something you can take to the bank AND the fundamentals of the area are rock solid.

What's not to like, the Fed's goal is to induce inflation, this will accomplish that and I'm sure China would have no problem loaning us the money as most of the money would buy crap made there and they're looking at an economic slowdown themselves.
