ASU offers a minor in real estate, once completed you can test for the Arizona real estate license plus get college credits.At eighteen and in college, I think it will probably be very difficult for you to qualify for a mortgage unless you have a cosigner. 

Real estate may have been viewed as the cause, but once the genie was out of the bottle it became part of a larger story.

I am about to start taking my license classes and studying for the test.

That said I decided it might be a good time to Stress Test my real estate portfolio, before I went on another expansion/acquisition round in a new market.

Most do not past the common sense test.

Inspection turned up a follow-up suggestion:  "If I were you, I'd get a drain tile test"  I asked the seller if it would be ok, they said yes, house needed new drain tile system and foundation wall re-enforcement: $15k. 

I remember studying for exams using old tests from a different university and then seeing the exact same questions on my exam. 

I did flight test engineering, electronics engineering, etc.

I put in my lease that the landlord will change the HVAC filters and test smoke/CO2 detectors every 90 days.

We had to remove one once and do extra soil testing and I think we spent about 7K total on that.
