and I like to think I knew this was going to happen,  but lo and behold the Graton Indians bought the 120 acres right across the street and built the largest Indian Gambling facility in northern CA. and my property got swept up into the city limits and rezone from AG to mixed use resi and commercial.. value today once permitted conservatively 2 to 3 million.. did it give me cash flow No not one dime.. could it have gone no were sure could of.. did I get lucky I do believe I did... but at the end of the day it was on the border of the city limits and there was a Homedepot anchored shopping center and a freeway interchange one block over.. so I thought Some day.. and in another 5 years I think I will cash in.... and or I will build it out.But by the time that happens I will have owned it 25 years or so...

That is because the ejectment lawsuit "anchors" jurisdiction and venue in the state courts, where a national lender cannot remove to federal court.You need to hire an Alabama attorney to file an ejectment lawsuit.

Spoke with the owner by phone and he indicated that he had several wall anchors installed in the basement a few years ago to fix bowed walls.

As far as the foundation wall, I've seen various methods like wall anchors etc. and I haven't yet seen any system that I would say is satisfactory.

I don't mean to be glib, but when I was in college at networking events with real estate professionals, almost all the most successful real estate people in the room said similar things: they got into real estate because they were C students.Leasing is sales: sell a potential tenant the dream of how great the space is, how the traffic flows into the lot, how the anchor is the highest grossing store in the area, etc.

Real Estate valuation is an anchor point that set's a basis for rental rates, because of the obvious factor that "Larry the Landlord" will not buy a property at $1,800 and accept rents at $1,600.
