Do you have 2 or 3 favorite analytic programs specific to RE you use?

If you have a relationship with a firm who has a Costar, REIS, or Real Capital Analytics membership, they'll be able to give you accurate detailed market information.

But, tread carefully when getting into your next deal on the financing/analytical side to make sure things make sense cashflow wise, especially with interest rates rising you should plan for rates to continue to rise so you can be ready for what's to come. 

If it would be of value, I'm happy to take a look at how the market analytics/physical attributes of the building itself stack up in the market.

I know people have successful condo air bnb’s but any condo in the possible path of a hurricane after hours of analytics and numbers crunching is a no go for me.

Last year, they changed directions and awarded the contract to Linebarger Analytics and Information Services.

It's interesting to hear the difference of opinion and always good to consider alternatives...for us, Airtable is the only platform we've been able to use to fill the gaps in our property management software....Buildium...we actually upload csv files and re-create the Buildium database to get some amazing results and analytical insight commercially built platforms are incapable of delivering....but anyway, thanks for the feedback.

As an AI programmer, I'm potentially interested in creating a system that addresses these analytics if there really is no one out there catering to such.
