I've been reading allot lately from bigger pockets & several books on the wholesaling topic specifically interested in the probate niche, at this point i'm ready to get started but i don't know which form of marketing campaign i should begin with either postcards or yellow letters & don't know where to get them from, also i reached out to the local register of wills to get started on a list of sellers but they said their was only a list of deceist people.
