Having agents/wholesalers send you quality deals but before they do that you have to prove your a real buyer, you gotta close one with people before they think you are real.

Travis I'm a handyman in Orgeron and I would say you are looking at 25k to 30k as a guide line .Depending on the quality of products you choose, don't cheap on flooring or anything that is done in the wall.Provide refrigerator and stove only un less you go with over the stove microwave. 

Sounds like you paid for quality and got it at a good price.

I'd say it depends on the volume and quality of the loans.

The leads are poor quality and they make it difficult to cancel your service.

I would be concerned if the company would be around in 10+ years to honor their 50-year warranty and the franchisee's quality.

I am saying this to a lender as its makes a big difference to the average buyer to get quality information and assistance with this outrageous market.
