I'm from there, and the only time I ever stayed at a STR was for my wedding night, in those days it was a "bed and breakfast".

We are coming over to Dallas Wed, Thurs., Fri. this week - shame we are going to miss the meet up, but are looking forward to even working with more local companies.

Between the wedding and a variety of other excuses we ended up filing for an extension on our 2020 taxes but with my work as a wildland firefighter in the summer keeping us so busy we've now missed the deadline.

Ideally I'll re-sign for a third year (whoa) and tackle this in the spring when I have another year's savings under my belt, but I am prepared to move quickly if need be, much to the chagrin of my fiance who wants me to focus more on wedding planning.Ultimately, the goal is to go slow and see how we take to the concept of landlording.
