Taking down the ceiling will cause dust, which can be abated by using the soak and spray method, however, you will need to do some touch up sanding afterwards.

You will probably have to do some touch up by hand, but a sprayer definitely cuts the time drastically for a bigger project.

I wouldn't call for it if it were just a normal house that needed touch up, but I would if the house had bare sheetrock because the market expects something. 

Right now i just need someone for a few minor things : touch up paintfix the front door locksput up the blindsprogram the garage door opener. 

I was able to get in at some point and all the inside needs is carpet and paint touch up in kitchen.
