Yes Brian, he is the same guy that owns park tree investments. he has some courses about note buying on line and some blogs but he suddenly fell of the sky, no more selling courses, no more selling notes through park investments and simply no more blogs. every thing on line goes back to June or august of 2009.

BP has some calculators you can use and there are other online tools, like DealCheck, for this purpose.
