. :)The Seattle area has been white-hot as far as rising home prices go, great news for the savvy flipper or talented wholesaler, not so great news if you're into traditional buy-hold investing as home prices have far outstripped the ability of rents to keep up.If you're looking for an informal meet-up to attend, @Troy Fisher and @Tiffany Plovie run a great series of get togethers in Kirkland/Seattle while their colleague @Kevin Carbon is passing the torch down in Tacoma-Lakewood.Cheers and good luck!

The tourists may or may not stop coming in 5 years but waco is growing quickly on its own and has numerous reasons for its success that do not involve a tv show or a football program.In my opinion the best reason is small and accessible government!!

You can also get an FHA loan under the same terms up to 4 units must be owner occupied.Using both programs in series you can buy 8 units, have 2 mortgages and then after 2+ years but something else.You can keep both VA and FHA mortgages after you move out, you don't have to convert to conventional and can keep for 30 years until paid off.I've had multiple VA and FHA mortgages simultaneous, but buying foreclosures from VA and getting a non-owner occupied VA mortgage.
