If you place a property into service in 2023, it's eligible for 80% bonus depreciation.

If you can get a heat pump and not have to upgrade your electrical panel or service to do this, that might be a cheaper option.

If you don't want to deal with guests in what is a customer service oriented business, then that means it is time to get out.
