Title issues tend to be the fact pattern where properties are truly not financeable but that's rarely the case when you see the "cash only" adverts.Ultimately, proceeds will be transferred through a title company and its not as if the buyer is showing up with a duffel bag filled with cash.

@Adam RossRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

@Tori Roy A couple red flags I noticed with this company that you posted. 

I  took over a mature company that had an investor base that I think average age had to be 65 to 70..

Has anyone every worked with or heard anything about a company named Five Stream Ventures? 

CTREIA is also a great place to learn and network with new investors.I own, invest, and flip a lot in central CT and own a property management company, Ironclad Property Management.  

One just drives around San Jose/Cupertino/Mtn View/ Sunnyvale and look at all the tech companies and you know its not going anywhere..
