This is especially important in the moist environment of the Pacific Northwest.... or should I say Pacific North"wet".

For six days I would be on a boat in the Pacific and I believe there is internet but no idea if it's costly.I will still have access to email, but not all the time.My phone number won't work outside of the US. 

Over the next 20 years, the Southeast is going to see the most growth...CA, IL will implode on themselves, the Pacific NW is OK but expensive and buy and holds don't work unless you are talking multi family... the Northeast will continue to lose major employers due to their anti-business policies which will cause a further exodus of the population, the Midwest hasn't had anything going on for 20 years and will continue that trend over the next 20... so what does that leave?

I am looking for SFH rentals in and around the Portland/Pacific Northwest area to generate cash flow and gain financial freedom.I am looking for any advice along this journey and I am happy to answer any questions.

In the Pacific Northwest we are looking at close to $150.200 a square foot for base construction.

I'm guessing because the Pacific Ocean will rise and make those areas beachfront......;-)
