Hey I just moved here from LA and was fortunate to be recommended by a lender to work with Ben Ficker from equity pacific real estate.

The boxes were made by Federal Pacific, but can't find any information on their fuse boxes being an issue-just the breaker panels.Any experience with these would be greatly appreciated!

Any information about beachfront pacific beaches in Chiriqui would be helpful. 

The area is geographically constrained on west by the Pacific Ocean, on south by Mexico, on north by Camp Pendleton base, and east quickly gets harsh.  

@Doraine Warner we own a Kihei Kai Nani condo (and closing on a Pacific Shores condo) and list it on VRBO.  

Currently in Pacific Northwest, getting away from Texas heat and looking at property. 

For instance in the Northwest.. picking anything with  Pacific  Northwest  or local cities etc are already taken .. but when i have someone pick one from where thay are at in the country its never taken.. 

Renters, largely, are ****. id throw all of them into the middle of the pacific ocean if given the opportunity.

We live in Carmel-By-The-Sea and bought a single-family home in Pacific Grove in which we built an ADU so it is now essentially a duplex.
