There is the parking lot on Elem St and it looks like you can park on the top level overnight. 

As to advice on how to proceed, I'm in the house-hack camp if your job is stable.

My current post is that of an agent of customer service for a large worldwide , multinational, overnight air express corporation .   

I can't imagine how hard it would be to get tenants and you would have to disclose everything, or the neighbors would and the house would vacate overnight. 

It's starting to come in now but grass doesn't grow overnight.

I do know there are more millennials camping out at home and they are a bigger group of people than the baby boomer generation.

But we're already actively involved in note buying and 30+ unit apartment complexes ("involved" means Anthony Chara's boot camp, MNREIA training sessions and meetings as often as possible, note purchasing club where we're actually investing in one, etc).

They purchase water front / water access lots and build houses for weekend camps.  

His bank's guidelines didn't change overnight, he just doesn't work with a lot of REI, so didn't know, and went and asked.Currently, you can get 10 and wife can get 10, but you each have to qualify for each 100% on your own.
