If there are people there will be a need for MTR-- getting your location, unit size and pricing to align is the magic sauce.

Have as many people you can trust give you some advise about your purchase.  

However, a few things you could do: You could talk with them & learn more of their story to figure out why their credit score is low as well as the type of people they are.
