Every one talk about price increase all over spectrum whether it's food or home goods or construction materials or appliances. 

I have a standard 9-5 and my side hustle is food delivering.

I'm a part-time food delivery driver, so it allows me to make money by doing deliveries while also researching neighborhoods. 

I would also look at some additional metrics such as cash-on-cash-return and return-on-invested-capital to see how this stacks up against other possible investments.Hope this gives you some food for thought.
