Then to activate that you end up Docu Signing 3 different forms mostly containing the same information as if you are a new customer each document. 

Hello, Tenants for 2.5 yrs and I recently sent the Tenants our agreement to sign but they never returned it.

I went through a 750,000 openhouse with sold/pending sign that had a 100 foot 32000 volt high tension tower so close I could hit it with a baseball (in my youth).

If you don't get clear direction, then it might be a sign to offload it, especially since it's free and clear and your ROE trend is non existent right now.  

Remember the 90 day rule is from the time your deed for purchase was filed until the time new sales contract is signed from what I understand. 

If its in probate once a purchase contract is signed to buy the house.

So we had to prove the unit was existing for more than 20 years but providing public records and voter logs and getting neighbors to sign statements.  

. :)A claim like that is crazy...I personally think the fees that you signed up for is on the high side.You can view a couple a couple of posts on this message board about people signing up with 1800 accountant and then wanting to move on to another accountant.The thing with firms like 1800 accountant is that you will likely be with one accountant one year and then another accountant the next year because they have a high turnover.The issue with this is that you may have to re-explain your situation on an annual basis.Best of luck.
