I've never filled out a purchase contract and I've read there are legal issues with wholesaling in NJ.I've seen where I could birddog the lead for $1000-$2500 or assign for 3%-5% of purchase price.Any advice would be very appreciated.Also, I'm open to partnering on this somehow or co-wholesaling this deal with an experienced closer.Guy Collins

@Walter Edmondson   As @Jason Sims mentioned about Dallas County, the Collin County Clerk has a great website.But... as @Greg H. mentioned, there is often as little as 21 days notice from the first sign of the process until the auction.

Joan Brown typically there are many duplexes for sale all around Lubbock... from time to time you can find 4plex and a few triplex, but for the most part, I always see duplexes... old and newly built.
