Hey All,My fiancé and I are both in healthcare (PT and nurse) and, after the pandemic, are feeling the burnout and eager to check out alternative ways to make money/achieve financial independence in addition to continuing to treat.

Health care is a big sector in OKC so any property near a hospital - STR or LTR - will most likely not suffer much vacancy.

@Adam Berlinberg I worked as an Optometrist for many years, and was able to retire from the healthcare career field through RE investing over many years in the best markets throughout the US! 

I work in healthcare and I am considering relocating to travel around to new cities resulting in me moving within the 1st year. 

The 2 biggest industries in the Pittsburgh Area are higher education and healthcare but given the low cost to live in the city, access to a major airport, sports franchises, and other cool features, I forsee a really positive future for this place. 

My reason for this is due to the strong healthcare industry here.

This is underpinned by a diversified economy that boasts a strong tech, healthcare, and energy sector as well as a unique lifestyle appeal.
